Falling Through Map (collision boundary clipping)

From what I could recollect..

• Had a team member ram me into an unbreakable wall with the armoured vehicle. (they were backing the tank up).
• Crouched while the tank rammed me into the wall and fell through the map.
• Fell for several minutes until I selected redeploy. 
• This was near Point A on the Cairo Conquest map near the bend. to the side of C (near buses)
