Have you disabled ZOOM TRANSITION SENSITIVITY SMOOTHING when testing with uniform infantry aiming off?
i have tested those things, the only 1:1 sensitivity in the game is with the OSA-7 sight or any 1x optic, not including ironsights, which is ridiculous, all low zoom optics should be 1:1 to not mess with muscle memory...not having them 1:1 essentially throws the whole reason for u.s.a out the window....so yea use the osa-7 rds or dont have true feeling 1:1 sensitivity....to get 1:1 yourself on any sight or gun IN ANY GAME use your hand on your mousepad to do a 360 at a higher hipfire sensitivity, in hipfire, with a object or bullet hole for reference, then ads and do the 360 back to your hand...adjust until 1:1, but it wont ever feel like true 1:1 like the osa-7 optic feels.
