For people who have CPU FPS problem, THIS worked for me!

Hi!

I had problem with LOW CPU FPS, I have a i-7 12th gen and a 3080 rtx nvidia
Locking my frames to 70-83 gave me constant good gameflow. No more FPS drops! 
I had everything on LOW without FPS cap before and had like 50-60 fps

After locking to 80 FPS (had to try a few times) the game flows on ULTRA settings. Not joking.
