Friends list not working. (Ps5)

Im on ps5, but I’ve seen others have had issues on other versions too. On the right side where the friends list and notifications are, they show as zero, but the button to go there doesn’t work. I’ve restarted the console, the game, and my internet, and nothing seems to work. What do I do?! I’m very frustrated, I just want to play with my friends.

    As I wrote this, I looked up, and it’s suddenly working, I think upyou need to let it sit for a bit? Idk.

    Ok, it’s like almost every time I boot the game. it’s so frustrating, it’s literally every time ive booted the game, it just won’t work.
