Game crashes during map loading

Played a game and the game ran fine then when I went to go to next match it glitched and showed a loading screen but won’t load map. Restarted and now can’t get into a game at all…it starts to load map then glitches and freezes which makes me have to close app and try again. Been over an hour still can’t load a match.
