yep i have got the exact same thing i have done everything, downgrade drivers and mix and match every possible setting. still there, i remember the same thing happened with bf42 but the fix was having just the latest drivers, issue was with that is that it would cause crashing upon every death. i just hope that they update and fix it
maybe purchase a better pc or laptop?
OPs PC should be able to run it pretty well.
