Getting stuck after explosion

I noticed  that sometimes when im hiding under or near some destructible structure (ex. A non usable vehicle, like the trucks in D at Iberian offensive), if the structure is destroyed and my character survives, i get stuck in the remains of the structure, unable to see around because of the textures around, however the enemies seem to be able to see me without problem. My character field of view also moved kind of randomly wich makes it hard to focus on something.
