Gun stops shooting

Consistently have this issue where any gun that's automatic will stop firing while holding down the trigger. It tends to happen at least four or five times per game, have tried switching to kbm and still happens. Plugged in a new controller, still happens.  Is there some sort of "gun jamming" realistic feature they added without saying? Or the gun is overheated only for me and no one else. 

Also can't attach my video of this but hoping I'm not the only one having this issue
