High CPU usage and throttling

I have a powerful machine, with an RTX 2070 8GB, an i7 10750, and 32GB of RAM.

During gameplay, the game hits 100% CPU and runs below 60fps.

I've tested DLSS settings and similar features, but the FPS doesn't increase. This game needs to be optimized for all PC configurations and settings, as people with lower settings are running the game at over 60fps, and that doesn't make any sense.

I'm leaving my feedback here so it can be heard and addressed, because I really like Battlefield, and like me, many people are suffering from this.

There's also a bug with the EA app, where the game drops FPS, and when you open it in Steam, the FPS increases.
