Don't worry: appshopdrv103.sys is indeed a driver from the ASRock AppShop suite. However, Javelin currently misidentifies it as prohibited software → hence the code (84) you see.
Here are a tips to avoid the problem:
Completely uninstall AppShop from Windows (Control Panel > Programs) and manually download only the necessary drivers from the ASRock website : https://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp
Javelin may also prevent you from launching the game if there is malware on your PC. It is advisable to run an antivirus scan to avoid any problems before starting Battlefield for the first time. You can scan from here : https://www.eset.com/us/home/online-scanner/ and Anti-malware : https://www.malwarebytes.com/
You can uninstall it once the scan is complete.
