List of in-game bugs I've encountered more than once in beta

Some of these may have been reported before, but I wanted to get down all of the bugs I have been consistently noticing during the beta. all of these bugs have happened multiple times, they are not one time occurrences.

General Bugs, Seemingly At Random:
-sometimes I take damage when spawning that can't be healed: unsure of the cause
-sometimes blue and red team colours will flicker back and forth while trying to select a respawn location, as if I am swapping teams back and forth: unsure of the cause
-sometimes animations bug out and I can't see reloads and other animations: i think this happens when throwing a grenade, maybe during a reload animation?
-sometimes I respawn in static third person camera, basically making the game unplayable until i die: unsure of the cause

Engineer Specific Bugs, 100% Reproducible:
-The health bar of the vehicle I'm repairing disappears if i am sprinting while repairing it
-the rocket launcher will always automatically fire without clicking if i was holding the left mouse button to fire my primary when i switched weapons, even if i let go during the weapon switch animation
-the surface to air rocket can lock onto enemy UAVs but there is no indicator that i am locking on (i can only tell because of the sound): either locking onto UAVs is unintentional or it is missing UI indicators
