Playstation app only gives the bulletin and general settings only.

Hi, is the console connected to the network? Did you manually check if there are any updates for the beta? (To check: Over the game → Options → Check for Updates.)
Yes my console is connected to the network and I have playstation plus .I have deleted and reinstalled 4 times now same result every time, app opens loads to the general settings and bulletin screen. No options to play.
