Please reset your password log in message

Question

I keep trying to log into the battlefield 6 beta and keep getting this message that my credentials have expired and to go to ea help to reset my password. Problem being that I don’t have access to that email anymore and don’t have any way to access it and ea keeps it for some reason despite the fact that I have changed my email on Xbox years ago. What do I do I as all steps on the help page need to to verify my identity through &nbsp;this email that I can’t access

I got the exact same problem for my Formula 1 games about a year ago and now also this Beta. Spend about 5 hours following their instructions friday and NOTHING works and making a new one wont work. I put in a ticket but no response. They should make it possible to log by your platform and gamer tag and recover/fix you problem with the EA-account...&nbsp;

i've changed the password twice now. still get the same error.so glad i tried this beta, now i know not to waste money on a game I cant even play.

Same. Same thing with NCAA football. Very frustrating because I can't find a solution.
