Problems with TN (time nudge) and temperature.

Me and my friend are facing problems with bf6 beta.
My friends specs:
ryzen 5 5600x
16gb 3600mhz (single memory)
Asus b550m PLUS ddr4
rtx 3060 12gb
256gb ssd NVME (bf6 on it)
My specs:
i5 10400f
32 gb 2666mhz (2x 16gb)
Msi b560m PRO-E
rtx 3060 12gb
500gb ssd NVME
1tb SSD Sata (bf6 on it)
My friends problem: His ping is around 15-17ms, but his TN (time nudge) sometimes stay low, but most part of the time is around 500 - 700, and i think, because of this, he is facing real problems with lag and stuttering, he was hyped to buy bf6, but with this performance problems, he is almost giving up. On the first beta (7th - 10th august) he said the stuttering happened (High TN) but now, the second week beta (14th - 17th) is 10x worse. He noticed that the high tn happens more often when he plays conquest or modes that have more players.
My problem: On the first week beta (7th - 10th august) i was playing with processor on 65 °c and gpu 45°c, and now, beta second week my cpu is Around 60°c and my gpu are Around 77 °c. Someone facing the same problem?
Anyone know how to solve these problems?
