I have been getting these errors lately too:

The people where like:
- simulate network traffic
- analyze the results
- download 6 external tools
- Use a custom DNS
- Buy a VPN for gaming
like I'm the IT department LOL

I tried to use wireshark to figure out what was happening and they block you from using it so you cant even troubleshoot it yourself.

Yeah I did the same thing. He told me to run it before and after and then compare.... I was thinking should this be the QA Testers job? or like there internal server team?

i myself tried everything, from checking firewall, router e.t.c. and nothiiiiing....

This is so odd. There is not a single sign that the disconnect is coming: no packet loss nor high latency. Sudden black screen and shortly after you are in main menu with one of the error message shown above.
