Skip Revive Button Doesn't Work Sometimes

In my 60ish matches played, I've had about 4-5 times where when I die, the skip revive button (A for me on Xbox Series X) just doesn't do anything, the progress bar for it doesn't even progress (no high-pitch progress sound either). So I just have to sit there until the timer is up. Unsure what causes it but I thought I'd just list it here as a bug so it's known. I believe it's happening in any game mode, however.
