There was a bug when I loaded into Siege of Cairo. The audio felt very silent and drowned out—no footstep noises and quiet vehicle sounds. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I checked if it was just me by starting a new match, and it was fixed.
It happens when I roll into the next match. Music is almost 0laying, hear dogs, and sound like I have in earplugs
Been having the same issue on the beta. Sounds like my character is partially deaf or something, only faintly can hear gunshots. No footsteps or anything low volume. Issue was resolved after changing from regular conquest to weapon locked conquest. No restart so I don't even know if that fix will work for you I also turned on the Wartapes V.A.L audio mode and it seems to be helping.

Honestly, same map. Tanks rolled through, blasted section A and then my brand new headset just stopped working. I'm resetting EVERYTHING right now, trying to get them to work, but sounds like ears are plugged and I'm getting no sound but clicks and pops. I'm pretty certain that the beta blew the speakers on my brand new steel series headset. I'm incredibly upset right now.

Same issue, it sounds like menu music is being played over the game audio. At some point randomly sound will kick on near the end of the match. I assume this is because the ambient/menu music in question hit the end of its track and hitched over to regular audio.
I now have the same issue on Xbox X. Very muffled. Can't hear gunshots. Tried everything no sound. Tried other games sounds is perfect. Beta bug. This sucks.
