DirectX function "D3D12CreateDevice" failed Nvidia GPU

When I try to start a game, it shows this error:
Please launch the game from your distribution platform. If the issue persists, please repair your game and try again.

One time I got this:

DirectX function "D3D12CreateDevice" failed with HR:
Ox887e0003 (FAILURE, Facility=UNKNOWN, Code=3). GPU:
"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070", Driver: 58088

Also it takes a solid minute to start a game.

попробуй отключить zapret, мне помогло

try disabling zapret, it helped me

go to my device manager and uninstall the driver for the graphics card then go to Nivida experience and install the driver again and then repair the game

i setup the latest driver 580.88, got this error, then i roll back to 576.88 and still got this
all other new games are good

Zapret is pretty local (Russia) software to get access for blocked sites.
It's actually a surprise that it interfere with DirectX. It should fix other stuff.
