Visual issues w/performance

Everything was smooth, swapped to performance due to a small FPS drop (New office, airflow hasn't been fixed so my PC runs hot. Never have had an issue on high till tonight. After about 5 minutes of play, everything was running smooth except my crosshair started stretching across the screen glitching out. Best way to explain it would be the crosshair would sudden turn into a center of screen spectrogram shooting rays out from the center of it really fast. Shortly after this happened the sky started blacking out rapidly. This lasted probably 2-3 minutes before it resumed normal smooth behavior. Another problem I experienced tonight was sniper glint rays where abnormally large. Someone would look down scope at me and it looked like a nuclear bomb went off in the distance, happened for a whole match, prevented me from being able to clear out the campers as every-time they looked down scope a giant ray of light covered their entire mountain side.
