Weapon unvisible within the game

Besides some weird graphic flickering over the whole screen (kind of triangles in grey/black) from time to time, my weapon got invisible within a game.

First the reload animation stopped working. The magazine just flipped around the weapon. After a few deaths the weapon was completely gone. I could still firing but aiming wasn't a thing anymore
