Whole Account Banned out of no where???

My account was just randomly banned for quite literally no reason, and it doesn’t give me a specific as to why. My account was created in 2015, and I recently linked it to my Twitch and PlayStation to get access to the game. Last night I played a few games of the Battlefield 6 beta, and then today I find out my account is banned. I didn’t speak in voice chat, so it couldn’t be a result of comm ban, I do not have hacks—I don’t think u can get them for PlayStation, nor do I care about even trying to get them, I just enjoy the game like a normal person, nor did I play good enough to be accused of hacking— and all my account info is legit, so I have no idea why I’m suddenly banned. This is bs, especially after all the effort I put into playing this Beta. I submitted a review, but I want it resolved as quickly as possible because of this open beta period. Absolutely zero reason why my account of 10 years should be wiped because of some random bug in their detector or however they deemed me ban-worthy. EA Customer Service pleaseeeee help me

    Same! And to think I almost pre-ordered the Phantom Edition--would've been a waste of 100+ dollars!

    That's so insanely messed up. The customer service is so awful, and they better fix it before the game drops completely.

    I appealed when I was first notified of the ban. They "got back to me" the next day with a copy-and-paste email that I've heard plenty of other people get, where it tells me that after reviewing the ban, they said it was justified and will remain in place. I then appealed a second time, and received nothing from them for a whole week after the second appeal. They then got back to me with a much shorter, potentially personalized email saying they would review my ban again. Here I am now, still banned, with no indication as to why I'm banned, and if there will be any appeal. 

    Is there no other way to get in contact with the ToS team? You wouldn't be able to pass on my issues to a member you could get in contact with? It's just super frustrating that this issue, which is a permanent ban which prevents me from playing any and all EA games, despite being a fan of the franchise for 10+ years, and playing multiple titles from EA, is being passed onto a bot to be handled, instead of a dedicated employee. Even more frustrating because there is zero clarity as to why I was actually banned either-for all I know, I was falsely reported mid game, and the bot service took the report and banned me. 

    If you have any way of passing my issue forward, or being able to help me get in contact with a member of the ToS team so this can actually get assessed, would be appreciated beyond belief, and I thank you for the time and effort you took to respond to this small forums post, it was greatly appreciated. I also know this is not your fault at all, just super frustrating, as I've said a bunch already lol

    Just so ridiculous, and it's all likely because it's being outsourced to a service bot, which doesn't know left from right. Especially with the anticipation of such a huge title being released, you would think they'd put a little more manpower into their customer service, since there is bound to be so many issues upon beta and release.

    Sorry to hear, super frustrating and so utterly ridiculous. Hopefully they're able to get around to mine, yours, and anyone else who's been affected by this issue, and resolve it appropriately.
