PS5 Overheats and Shuts Down During Battlefield 6 Open Beta

Platform: PS5 ProGame: Battlefield 6 Open BetaPlay Session: Today, approx. 21:00 to 00:20 (with breaks in between)Console Condition: Well-ventilated, dust-free, no other performance issues in other gamesIssue Description:During gameplay, the PS5 suddenly emitted a continuous high-pitched tone (similar to an alarm). At the same time, the game completely froze and became unresponsive. Shortly after, the PS5 automatically shut down. There is no crash log or error report available from the PS5 after the shutdown.I suspect this was caused by overheating, despite the console being clean, dust-free, and in a well-ventilated environment. Same issue happened to me. I’ve also have had the same thing happen during my play sessions of Skate. System requires me to unplug it and plug it back in for it to properly turn back on and the AC adapter does feel hot so it could definitely be overheating. I’ve only ever had this happen with these 2 games and even when I’ve had my system on for 12+ hours (even playing games majority of that time) it’s never crashed like this.

Are you running bf6 on performance mode or balance under the graphic settings? I was having the same issue where my ps5 would just shut off while playing bf6 on ps5. So I switched from performance mode to balance and haven't had a problem since&nbsp;
