Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty getting back into your account with the hacking incident and ban. 

I'm afraid we don't have the tools to support appeals here on the forums. With that said, it'd be best to try to recover the original EA account to appeal the account action, as platform accounts can't be unlinked while an active ban is in place.

If you haven't already, please try going through these steps to get back into your EA account, and feel free to contact our live support team again for help changing any account information needed to complete that process. Once you regain access to the account, you should be able to start the appeal process.
