1.1.2.0 aim assist

Lol cool, it's now impossible to play on controller again. The 1.1.1.0 patch was the only thing that made the game tolerable now i'm back to tap firing from 30-50 meters while pc players laser beam me from 100+ meters away.

  • Yas you're so right! Iam playing with x Box Controller. With the new Patch i have no Chance against Mouse/Keyboard Players.

  • You do have a chance. Just work on improving your aim. Aim assist with a minimal rotational component and slowdown allows you to improve your aim, while still giving you a fair chance vs good mnk players. Was dominating a lobby with mostly pc players recently

You might want to turn off uniform soldier aiming and aiming acceleration. They mess up my aim

  • Lol whut? You should be tap-firing from 30-50m away and so are mouse and keyboard players. The only laser beams are from controller users that have managed to set up properly and use the slow-down lock-on that mouse players cannot.

MnK only advantage in ranged snap aiming. Controller have plenty of situational advantage.

Mouse has advantage at 100m? Good thing that nearly all engagements in the stupidly small BF6 maps are CQC, then, yeah?

Controllers have aim assist (now back to high beta strength) and extra recoil reduction, whereas for DICE coded actual interference to mouse control to make controlling recoil artificially difficult and weird.

Reality check: It is very likely that the problems nearly everyone is feeling with gunplay is down to the technical limitations and bad coding of cross-play netcode.

EA/DICE are quite happy for PC and console to keep blaming each other, because the actual answer is: Cross-play is making the game bad.

At least console players can turn off cross-play. PC players cannot, because EA/DICE want to use them as lobby filler for console players.

NEITHER side want this situation. Ask EA/DICE why it is being forced upon us.

Beta never had high aim assist strength honestly people like you making this comment are so annoying. Did you even play the beta? It was non existent during the beta, on release it was also non existent and then the 1.1.1.0 patch on October the 28th bumped up the aim assist to the really good levels to that we've had for the last month that they decided to get rid of for god knows what reason. And no it's the mouse and key  board players laser beaming you know you can see the platform of the people that kill you.

because the aim assist now (beta aim assist) is non-existent compared to 1.1.1.0 and if you think this is stronger aim assist dude you're delusional.
