35,000 Kills. End of my rope with hit reg

After 700 hours and 35,000 kills, I can now tell you when I shoot at the first player what kind of match it will be in terms of hit reg on my end.   

What I truly don't understand, is how can I load a match of Redsec, and I never have hit reg issues.  

Today, nearly every player I have came across has been using some type of 33 damage weapon.  I don't think those guns are overpowered per say, but given that you miss 20-30% of shots due to failed hits, I really am wondering if it is better to use one of these weapons because of the hit reg.  

It's troubling that I can see it, I know when it's happening, and it's due to the amount of hours I have played.  

How though, can I not have this issue in a match with so many people on it like redsec, and then go to a multiplayer map and have this issue 8 out of 10 games?
