Re: I was just banned in BF6

Hello,

I’m reporting an issue with my EA account being permanently locked on Battlefield 6.
When I try to launch the game, I get this message:

"Your account has been deactivated. The activity on this account violated EA’s User Agreement. We have permanently blocked access to this product."

I had just bought the game on Steam and played 4–5 matches with no problem.
Then the game suddenly crashed with a "Connection failed" error (1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B).
After restarting, I was completely locked out and couldn’t access the game anymore.

I have never used any cheats, third-party tools, macros, or anything that could violate the ToS — this looks like a mistake.

It's been 2 days already.

An EA CM looking into the "connection failed" issue said they can’t help me.

I appealed, but it doesn’t register — probably because the sanction isn’t official since it doesn’t appear in the penalty history.
