Allow customisation of scope dot/crosshair colours

The accessibility options in game for colour blindness are really fantastic. I've managed to customise mine so that team mates are white, neutral is light blue, squad mates are purple (or blue, idk), and enemies are bright yellow.

Another bit of accessibility that'd be really nice would be to customise the colour of the dots and crosshairs on scopes. A lot of them are either red or green making it super hard to see against certain environments, so exposing these colours to be customisable would be amazing.
