amd frame generation fix

When I enable FSR it goes around 150 fps but when I enable AMD frame rendering it drops to 90 fps and there is a lot of input lag

please fix this

Same problem here, running 9800x3d and rx 9070xt.

I have found the fix, you have to run the game without the full screen optimisations and the and frame gen works, was getting super annoyed with this but try it out 9070XT all ultra with fsr and frame gen 300+ fps
