[AntiCheat] Just got banned - EC:10901
Hey everyone,
something really strange just happened to me. I’ve been playing Battlefield 6 since yesterday without any issues. Today I joined a match as usual, played for a while, and then suddenly got kicked with a message like “connection lost” or something similar.
When I restarted the game, I got the message “EC:10901 – your account has been suspended.”
I checked the EA website right after that, but there’s no record of any suspension on my account. It doesn’t show up anywhere. I also opened a ticket to appeal the ban, but it doesn’t even appear under “cases.” It’s just gone.
The only program I had open while playing was Discord. Nothing else. The same background apps as yesterday, nothing has changed.
I honestly have no idea what I did wrong. The only thing I can imagine is that I got manually reported by other players, since I was doing pretty well in the last few rounds (went 39 to 2 in a tank). Maybe if too many people report you within a short time, EA’s new anti-cheat system automatically flags or bans you until someone reviews it, but that’s just a guess.
I really just want to play again, but EA seems to be making things difficult once more.
Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what could be going on?
