Assault should have its spawn gadget in the same gadget slot as the shotguns

Right now it seems like people are struggling to use spawn beacon. Its not nearly as popular as I wish it would be. I suspect because people are choosing "guaranteed kills" over it. I would love to see the spawn beacon in the same place as the shotguns. So players have to choose between shotguns or a spawn beacon. And they can run another gadget along side it. Also think it opens up some play with spawn beacon + assault ladders.
