Awful Matchmaking

They've abandoned listening to the community, sadly. It's something that probably won't ever get fixed. Still figuring out how to get money back. 

have you ever played valorant,  cs,  or overwatch?  Its the same issue in those games,  and those games have a ranked match maker system.   So ask yourself why that is?    Its because there is nothing EA can do without verifying identities like the gov't,  which then would be risking our identities and could even be a national security risk.   So it really is up to the government to start making laws and infrastructure to protect servers and to prosecute people destroying businesses.  

well the problem is it goes against their ideology to ban or segregate a player who is not using a detected bot engine.   Even though in real life,  thats what players do and thats what make sports!  lmao. 

    But in their woke mindset,  they feel we are leaving a player out, who is simply too good to have anyone to play with.  lol.   They feel its wrong a player at such a high level cannot find enough players at his lvl to fill a server.      Which is not only illogical (since there are so many of them),  that irony,  is that they are the ones who are immoral for forcing us to be essentially slaves to good players,  hence the word "owning" us.   Its such a sadistic and evil mentality,  one has to assume they know this,  and simply force us to play with,  and lets face it,  people who don't care about fair play or competitive matchups who are usually very toxic and unfriendly in the chat,  because they spite the game themselves.   And it could be because as developers they know all the mistakes in the game we don't know,   they don't see it as a sport,  and can't because they created its world, so don't have the same admiration for the game that we do.   I mean I get it.   One of my best friends from highschool some of these devs probably know in the industry,  was a famous map maker going back to quake, and many other more modern games.   And they resent the responsibility of having to regulate fair play,   which was forced upon them because it became unaffordable or impractical for the community to host their own servers,  due to the server attacks against good admins.   And so this is where we are.   So yes EA is partly to blame,   but so is all the bad actors that take advantage.

I think it's because there's not enough people playing this game any more. So, in certain regions most of the time you're just thrown in with anyone just to get the game started.

Agreed. That's why I'm glad that after seeing the lack of players and huge wait queues on REDSEC I decided to buy the disc version instead of digital, so that I can sell it (and it's what I'm probably going to do, because I'm already finding longer wait queues that time in game).

unfortunately this is the most popular fps online,  because everything else is worse.  Name me a game and prove otherwise.   You got clunky engines and poor graphics in other fps games.  Which are even more stacked out in completely dead playerbases because you have an mmr and even less freedom to segregate yourself from players "too good" for you.   So honestly no other game even exists for anyone complaining about the imbalance in this game.  What are you going to do?  Go play pubg?  you gonna go play apex legends?  gimme a break brother.   You have the best chance here and anyone who plays online games knows it.  Especially if they keep cross play in the game.  Because if you a controller play you get to play old men pc gamers.   And if you pc gamer you can play some noob controller guys.      No other game exists like this at the moment.    To get this big a playerbase you gonna have to play pubg on mobile is the closest thing I can think of...lmao.   But who would prefer a mobile game?   And its only a matter of time before the evil spreads to those games and they become ghost towns full of cheaters too.     So all we can do is voice our opinions about the issues because we will be judged by God.   

I personally am loving this game even more than bf1 and bfv. Hang in there bro and just don't let them get to you.

The majority of gamers and devs don't want to treat e-sports like real life sports,  because besides not respecting video games like most would football,    they try to ignore the truth and live in a delusional fantasy,  because the truth hurts peoples feelings.    This is where we are at in society,  and we've let this mind virus fester and grow for the past 20 years.  And I don't know if there is any coming back from it now.    Half the employees at EA probably want to burn it to the ground.  Because just like how they sacrifice their whole playerbase as food to the .001% of top players,  they will do the same with everything and everyone around them,  because they have replaced God's Word with something else they think gives them the moral highground to do so.   They say they are making the place better and are improving the environment.   But just like an AI BOT in every scifi movie,   they are making it better by exterminating us from the forums and the playerbase.   Because again,  sweeping the truth under the rug is their goal,  and their demise,  which they maniacally welcome.  Its literally like a scifi movie brother.

This is why they need solo queue. Playing by yourself even in duos just looks to frustrating to even bother with. The only thing I can advise is watch some of IceManIssac's videos and learn. Work on your awareness, positioning and gunskill. Remember many players out there exclusively play battle royal so they are insanely good. As others have said Redsec is not in the best position right now to have even matchmaking. Just not enough players

The problem with solo qeue.  Is that the cheaters just end up sync dropping with each other.  So they undermine the solo qeue.   by sync dropping or with alt accounts.  this is what happened to all mmo's in the past who have tried it.   So what happens is that such measures actually make it worse for innocent players.  The only real solution is to just shuffle teams in pubs,  during the match when things get lopsided.    Because unless you remove the anonymity,  and stop lettwing anonymous people into tournaments ands ranked matches,  which means less short term money for these game companies,   we can never have real skill ratings and ranked matches.   It will always be a facade.

**bleep** I was just thinking along the lines of playing solo you have to do everything yourself therefor you learn quicker. I must admit I am lucky I get to make up the squad for some really good players (Honestly I think they like playing with me because I don't take too many kills off them!) So a single cheater is usually not too much of an issue. As for balancing bring back the option to switch teams. Used to be a thing for the stronger platoons to move players around to try keep it balanced in pubs for the solo players out there

I agree on the switching teams.  back in the old bf and cs days.  on a good ran server you could just shout "TEAMS" in the chat,  and the top players would  shuffle themelves.   I find it hard to believe that many forum posters and ea devs don't understand how to look at the scoreboard and tell if the teams are even.   You simply count the positive K/D ratios.  thats it.   It has nothing to do time played stats like soldier level.....  it has nothing to do with the points or the team score that literally noone cares about in a random anonymous team game,  most of which they ruined and removed from the game since the bf2 days.    So many stats gone from the game,  removed by some candy carebear woke dev who didsn't want them to hurt peoples feelings.     It has to do solely with K/D,    and people can look at the scoreboard and know who needs to go where.   10 yr olds match up competitively in your local ball park,  but they want us to believe its impossible with 100k players.   right...
