I think anyone with a 10 or higher KD should be banned from casual modes. Most people that play casual are new to the game and are unable to do anything due to being killed every 3 seconds by some sweat that wants to unlock something for a weapon
If you look at your profile page there is a new section for your true stats and it’s a great breakdown. Has even bot kills in actual modes if you happen to have them in those modes.
I personally think it's very difficult to balance Casual to gatekeep it for newbies. It's not hard to have high KD games in Casual (I'll average around 50 kills to minimal deaths without getting sweaty, and it can be 80+ if I go for it), so if a newer player only plays Casual, then they'll quickly reach a point where they'll no longer be able to play it, but might not feel confident enough for full PVP (Casual teaches some bad habits as well, which can be exploited by opponents).
It might be workable, though, if Dice were able to sort out the stats so kills and deaths involving bots aren't counted, as then it'd be a "truer" KD.
Being candid, though, I don't personally see Casual as being exclusively for new players, as there is already Initiation Breakthrough for that (rank capped to rank 17 IIRC), and consider it more for anyone who wants a slightly more laid back experience.
