Ban Questions

Can anyone within EA please explain to me how I have a game ban for BF6 on Playstation 5 when I do not own a PS5 nor have I ever owned a PS5. TOS team keeps auto denying my appeals now without any explanation as to why I have been banned on a console I do not own and have never signed into.  EA's own logs on my account data show no Playstation activity on my EA account or BF6 yet I still have a PS5 ban. 

Everyone can come in here and hate on me all they want, but I just want to know how its even  possible to get a ban resulting FROM A CONSOLE I'VE NEVER OWNED OR SIGNED  INTO.

Make it make sense.

    The ban is on PS5 which I do not own. It clearly stated the ban was on PS5 WHICH I DO NOT OWN. There is no log of my account EVER having played a Playstation game according to logs EA has on my account. No one can explain that to me, can you? Can you explain how I received a ban on a console that my account has NEVER logged into? Again, the ban explicitly states Playstation 5. In fact my EA Play Pro is for the PC version which would  further verify this so I KNOW no actual person has reviewed it.

    The ticket has been marked as "Fixed" now so I can no longer appeal it, but the game ban also no longer shows up on my account but I can't access the game still. Can you explain this? I can't reach out about the ticket anymore so what further action can I do that's not charging back 6 months worth of EA Play Pro (which I FULLY understand the ramifications of). 

    So again, why can't you or anyone else explain to me how I have a ban (as clearly stated below in pictures from the case) on a console when I've never played nor even own that version of the game. Better yet, there is no active PSN on my Playstation account that I haven't accessed in years so its literally physically impossible for me to have launched the game on PS5............. This is absolutely insane on EA's part. Can you genuinely not see that?

    I could've provided ALL this evidence if asked, but I was never asked. I know no one actually reviewed my ban.

    Hey there. We can’t review ban details on the forums, but sanctions are only applied to games registered on your account.

    If your appeal has already been reviewed multiple times and was denied, we’re not able to change that decision or provide additional details here. That means the team has reviewed the available information and confirmed the outcome.

    If you own the PC version of the game, the activity that led to the sanction would have occurred there.
