Ban with community server?

Since the release of the game I went into it in the evenings, today I started community server with bots, played a few hours and after re-entering the game got a ban. In a normal game I do 15-30 frags, with bots got 300+, but why can this be a reason for the ban? I don't see any other reason for the ban, didn't use chat, regular player in the middle of the tab every round. Very frustrating this whole situation.... The game with bots is very popular, and there is no warning that using the functionality built into the game can lead to bans, that I have not seen there is a sign "do not touch it" 
I used community servers>experience search>host server with password, that's it.

And the most frustrating thing is that I can't even post on the forum from my ZenEdgeBF account because it's banned.... I have to post from my previous account. I hope it's just someone else's mistake and the appeal goes quickly
