Re: I was just banned in BF6

I just woke up to an email indicating my account has been banned for cheating. I play M&K and I was chilling at a slightly above average K/D. I don't use any third-party applications that interact with BF6 or give me any type of advantage in the game. This ban seems completely out of the blue. 

I've already tried submitting an appeal, but nothing happens when I click submit. Nothing appears in my penalty history, no email confirmation, nothing. See attached image. 

This is extremely frustrating considering I pay the EA Play Pro subscription, so not only is this one of the rare weekends I can play this game, but I'm also losing a bunch of value from the pass itself since it's monthly. 

Seems like there is no support, so I'm coming to the forums to hopefully find some resolution or guidance on how to actually contact EA since the support site is busted.

    At the moment, no one is giving any solution to this, it seems we will lose everything this weekend, and we are not sure that it will be solved.

    i just refunded on steam lmao got my money back. BF was my favorite series. ive never cheated in any games and play for 2.5 hours on launch day and get an email like 18hours later saying i was banned for cheating. cause you know im gunna cheat on launch day and throw 70 bucks down the toilet to get an advantage for 2.5hours i played...

    Unbanned from EA support. Took 2h in Q to get someone in live chat. When submiting webform use different option as "account security" stuff like that and live chat option will appear. 

    Submitting web form doesnt work.

    They unbanned me but told me nothing what was actually the reason for this.

    They kept talking about password reset smth like that, but i have no clue why that would be related.

    2+ hour Q. Long story short, this did not work for me. I was told to submit a dispute and wait 10 business days to hear back via email. Despite not being able to submit webforms. Like everyone else here, no penalties, no cases, nothing shown on my EA account. I downloaded my data and says competitive advantage. When I have only played the single player a a few matches of online.
