Banned for logging in

I just bought bf6 this morning and when I opened it to play I got insta banned, for account tampering or recovery.

I didn't change anything on my ea account or even check my ea account, I just chose play as "username" and pow, banned.

The appeal did not go through so I waited like it said for a few hours, still won't go through. Any time I try to link my account to my Xbox it says account disabled.

I played the beta no issues. Haven't played since. But I've got thousands of hours into bf1 and bf5.

Cant get a reply from ea when I try for support, it says they will email sometime. And the chat feature seems to be broke.

What can I do?

Also the email in this reply is not my email, is that an issue was I hacked?

  • Correction, it says I was banned on October 7th, 5 days ago.

And there are 33 closed cases on my account for cheating.

  • You'll have to talk to someone at E.A through live chat. Do the same process for the support ticket but choose Compromised Account as subject and submit the ticket. It will have talk to live chat at bottom do that and explain your situation to the live agent. Thats how i got my case looked at. Otherwise you can wait, E.A Agent said they are working on the issue and they will be handled based on priority of each case.

  • I have been waiting the "14" minutes for almost 3 hours.

I found an email from 2024 that someone changed my email on the account but it still says it's mine under account settings.

  • I first requested a agent to email me at 10am, it said 20 minute wait, it's been almost 8 hours.

Game refunded, what a bummer. After all this time with bf1 and bf5, I can't believe ea has no support
