Hey TogyDon, I'm afraid the team doesn't disclose specific violations to prevent people from misusing that information to circumvent our policies. I understand it likely isn't your intent, and it can be frustrating to not know what you were actioned for, but I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about that system here on the forums. The best thing to do in this case is to familiarize yourself with our Positive Play Charter and User Agreement, and use those resources to narrow down the reason.
izzi7 Sorry to hear that you've been waiting on that response for some time. The Waiting on Studio appeals tend to take longer because they've been transferred to a more specialized department that can best review the case. I can assure you that as long as your case isn't marked as Closed or Fixed, it is being investigated and has not been forgotten! As mentioned in a previous reply, please avoid resuming the case to avoid any additional delays.
We don't have the necessary tools or records to support those requests here on the forums, which is why we direct players who disagree with their account action to our appeal system. Submitting an appeal is the only way to address an account action, and it sends your request for another review of the sanction to our Terms of Service team for investigation.
