To clarify, the initial form in your video isn't where the appeal is actually submitted; it's meant to redirect you to resources, live support, or self-serve tools that'll help address the issue you're facing. And in this case, the Penalty History tool is exactly what you need to access to submit that appeal.

- Go to the Penalty History tool and sign in to the account with a sanction you want to appeal
- Click 'Review' on the violation you'd like to appeal
- Click 'Appeal' and populate information as prompted (create your case)
Once you complete those steps, you'll be able to verify that a case has been created and check the appeal's status by accessing your Case History. Please note that response time will depend on the number of active cases the ToS team is currently investigating. It'd be best to avoid resuming the appeal until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays.
