You're not alone.. this system is very broken. The advice given is not helpful. The help system offers nothing helpful. (Its literally doing nothing and going in circles). I have proof that their system is being faulty..but Cannot even get it to them, or they are not looking at it. Its crazy how bad this is. The community manager says make another appeal. How many should be made, already have 2 made with no resolution? Please tell me how making another one will help, especially when you are saying more appeals back log thier system.. which is even more counter productive. To add the the ridiculousness...Im currently testing another EA account with a different email on the "EXACT" same pc, configuration, settings and redsec is playing completely fine. No ban, no issues. This makes "ZERO" sense!! Cmon EA how is this not being addressed???? Your system is not perfect and legit players are suffering..."PAYING CUTOMERS" that did nothing wrong are dealing with this???? Just so disappointed.. This brings EA to a new low. Such a shame because I've always enjoyed battlefield and supported it since day one...
