After talking with an agent it looks like it will be resolved shortly based on priority of cases. Guys if you want this fixed you'll have to talk to a agent at E.A.

how do you talk to an agent. If you select ban appeal it doesnt let you talk to agent. i chose account hacked and waited 3 hours to talk to agent and the wait time just went from 3 mins to 30 mins

  Submit a ticket as compromised acount it should let you talk to agent after you submit
