After talking with an agent it looks like it will be resolved shortly based on priority of cases. Guys if you want this fixed you'll have to talk to a agent at E.A.

That screenshot literally says or proves nothing. It doesn't prove that you weren't cheating. 🤣 It just shows that you talked to someone at EA and them blowing smoke up your rear. Is that the best you could do? Cheaters are so pathetic because they need to cheat to tell themselves they are good at a game and then when they get caught and banned want to cry hoping someone will feel sympathy for their cheating ways.

Nothing stops you from going to the stats website and checking whether this person actually played online matches or not. But you just believe the mega-corporation — either you’re a troll, or you’re just blindly trusting them!
