Game wont launch so i left came back in an hour an now my account is banned what is going on?

i have same problem.
Since I started the game, I have been facing endless problems, to the point that I have not been able to play and I left it. Today, I found myself banned for no reason, even though I have not played it yet.
Ban went away an played for 4 hours an banned again
