I agree or create a way for 8 people to pick how to set up their 4-person squads before matchmaking. I understand the concern about 8 people in a 32 person team having an impact but that’s 1/4 of the team and assuming that all 8 players are all going to be heavily coordinating — the average player (including me) will not be playing that tactical for the whole game and that still leaves 24 other players who are not in the squad. They could even create a setting so you only join games with/without 8-person party matchmaking turned on.
