Bro, I figured it out. I had two EA accounts. One was linked with my xbox account, and I had previously linked my discord to that. So when I linked this one, it acted like it was linked. But it didn't. So I logged into my other EA account, and unlinked the discord. Then it worked. Hope you have a similar issue!
