Battlelab Access Not Activated

On September 9th, I received an email from [edit: email address removed] and completed the survey as requested. However, the Battlelab app still does not appear in my EA account. The Playtesting page...

    Unfortunately, the forum will not be able to help you with this type of problem, If you have done everything correctly, you should receive another email with new instructions.
    Please contact customer service here: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/  because Battlelabs is subject to an NDA.
