BF6 Class & Weapon Assignments Broken?

I have completed weapon and class assignments that do not unlock the weapon or the class gear and cannot progress the assignment except through the use of what was supposed to have been unlocked.  I have completed these for the below attached and have tried restarting, hard resetting and even clearing the cache to no avail.
