Have this same problem.
For sure i make 2nd acc and play only on EA App.
Get banned after 5h gameplay.
In community discussions, certain programs are repeatedly mentioned that might be falsely detected by the anti-cheat system. The following list shows tools reported by affected players:
MSI Afterburner – Overclocking and fan control
NZXT CAM – Hardware monitoring
Rainmeter – System widgets
GPU Tweak – Graphics card tuning
DS4Windows – Controller emulation
Logitech G HUB – Macros and RGB profiles
According to users, these tools were not used for cheating, but due to their deep system access, they could be classified as a potential threat.
Anyone who wants to avoid the issue should temporarily disable these programs for testing.

Is DS4Windowns not used for macros and scripts for anti recoil and aim assist?
Ok this makes sense though. DS4Windows isnt intended as a cheating tool but it is. It can provide anti recoil scripts, rapid fire macros and input manipulation. You may not cheat with it and im sure this is an honest post and you dont from the sounds of it. But it is technically cheating software and honestly im sorry you got caught up in that but im super happy to know their anti cheat is working that well.
