I'm having trouble with the helicopter settings. I reset all my settings, but the free look on the helicopter is enabled by default. I cannot find a way to lock the look. Same goes for the third person view, it is also free by default. I've looked at other threads and cannot find a fix.
Is there anyone that has experienced the same issue and knows how to fix it?
This fixed the free look issue for me on PS5.
I did this: "Controll settings > Helicopter control assist > TURN OFF" but it doesnt help. Also rebinding or binding on mouse does not help. need help 😭

I have seen that "Vehicle Aim-Relative Controls" behaves similar to what you describe. It makes controlling the direction of the vehicle difficult and the camera moves around similar to free cam. I don't understand the purpose, but it is like the camera moves first, and then the aircraft slowly starts going that direction. It feels awful. Maybe that is what you are experiencing.
Go to control settings, For Controller: Aircraft (heading) OR For Mouse and Keyboad: Vehicles (heading) , Control Settings->Edit, For Controller: Movement (heading) OR For Mouse and Keyboard: Aim (heading), Vehicle Aim-Relative Controls->Off. Default is On and is horrible.
