bf6 pro pass pred ordered and missing tier skips !

i pre order the pro pass and can’t find my tier skips ! i found 5 free ones but that’s not the 25 i was meant to get was it !?!? it’s so frustrating trying to talk to the support bot cause it’s usele...

We’re aware that some players who purchased the Season 3 Battle Pass did not receive their intended 25 tier skips. The underlying issue has now been resolved, and the team is actively working to grant the missing tier skips to affected players. Thank you for your patience.
