BF6 REFUND NOT IN LIBRARY AND NO REFUND

Hi on my acc i buyed BF6 in august. Now i refund and they cant accept. BUT the game is not in library and i have to re buy it for playn... guys u better have to resolve i lose my money and i cant pla...

    Hey damflameee​  I moved your message to the English forums, but if you ever want to interact with the Italian forums, you are always more than welcome to do so. 

    On launch day, we had some problems with the EA app that might have caused some hiccups here and there.
    Have you received your refund now? If not, please contact our EA Game Advisors.
